Minneapolis-based Towle Financial Services recently closed a $2.4 million Fannie Mae DUS permanent loan for Birchwood Apartments in North Branch, Minn.
Birchwood is a 54-unit two-building apartment complex. The proceeds of the loan were used to pay off the property’s underlying first mortgage loan.
Peter Austin, a senior loan originator with Towle, orginated the loan.
