MIRASON Properties recently completed extensive renovations at Watts Mill Shopping Center, the retail center that the company has long owned in Kansas City, Missouri.
The goal of the renovations was to rejuvenate the center at 103rd and State Line Road.
Tenants here include Jasper’s Italian Restaurant, Ugly Joe’s Bar & Grill and Goodyear Tires.
Updates to the center include a new facade, architectural elements, a resurfaced parking lot, high-efficiency LED lighting, new landscaping elements and a remodeled pylon sign.
Block & Company, Realtors is marketing the center. Available spaces at Watts Mill range from 1,400 square feet to 11,933 square feet.
