Seneca Real Estate Group announced the hiring of Mirlinda Vula to the firm as a broker, assisting clients with leasing or purchasing commercial retail or investment property.
Vula brings over 14 years of Chicago area real estate knowledge and experience to the Chicago based firm, having transacted over 600 commercial and residential real estate transactions to date. Her experience has ranged from selling vacant parcels up to negotiating new construction high rise developments.
Vula’s tenure also includes international experience as she lived and worked in London for four years, including serving as an international relocation specialist for Hampton’s International Realty. Her responsibilities included negotiating on behalf of an international group of executive level clients. That experience enabled her to develop key relationships with clients and investors from London, Paris, Hong Kong, Mexico City and Sao Paulo, Brazil. Vula possesses outstanding communication skills, and has an impeccable record for providing the highest level of professional service for foreign investors.
