The Missner Group, through President Barry Missner, has been named the court-appointed receiver and/or manager on another 14 properties throughout the Chicago region this past quarter.
The 14 properties appointed to Missner and his firm are located in Addison, Carol Stream, Glendale Heights, Wood Dale, Inverness, Elk Grove Village, Olympia Fields, Joliet and Buffalo Grove. The newest additions to the portfolio represent industrial, office, residential land and medical office properties.
As receiver or manager, The Missner Group will establish property management procedures that will stabilize, protect and preserve the asset. The firm also will oversee lease management, budgeting and financial reporting on behalf of the banks as well.
