The Missner Group announced two leases at Touhy Industrial Plaza in Des Plaines, Illinois arranged by Angela Aeschliman, senior vice president of property and asset management.
In the first transaction, Missner leased 10,332-square-feet of space to Evo Coin Services, Inc. who was relocating from a nearby facility. John D’Orazio of Colliers International represented Evo Coin Services.
Stanco Welder & Machinery Co. renewed their lease at the property where they occupy 7,778-square-feet and have been for over 30 years. The tenant was self-represented in the transaction.
Touhy Industrial Plaza, 500 E. Touhy Ave., was built by The Missner Group in 1977 and is managed by the firm.
