The Missner Group completed renovations on the Illinois Bone & Joint Institute in Lake Bluff and Chicago, Illinois.
In addition to the two new locations for IBJI, the construction firm also completed an expansion of an existing IBJI facility in Bannockburn, Illinois this summer.
The new facility in Lake Bluff, located at 101 Waukegan Road, was a 6,000-square-foot project featuring a build-out of physical therapy and clinic space. There is also a renovated reception area, waiting room, exam rooms and 2,800 square feet of physical therapy space.
The new space in Chicago at 111 N. Canal St. included the addition of a 2,900 square foot physical therapy space, a private physical therapy consultation suite and a new reception and waiting lounge.
The expansion of the facility located at 2102 Waukegan Road in Bannockburn featured the addition of 2,000 square feet of physical therapy space.
Yarger was the senior project manager for The Missner Group and Steve Bulger served as the project superintendent. Stephen Rankin & Associates provided the architectural services.
