Des Plaines, Illinois-based The Missner Group has been selected for an exterior improvement and renovation project on behalf of Feeny Chrysler at 1010 E. Chicago Street in Elgin, Illinois. The property is owned by the Bob Loquercio Auto Group, which operates multiple auto dealerships around the Chicagoland area.
“We are eager to begin the renovations to Feeny Chrysler and continue working with the Bob Loquercio Auto Group,” said project manager Kent Nepras. “The planned changes will not only improve the functionality of the property, but also the aesthetics and customer experience. The work will be completed with no interruption to ongoing operations and with the utmost regard to the safety of both the Feeny Chrysler team and customers.”
The Elgin project will include an extensive three-acre parking lot addition and the completion of numerous site improvements. This is The Missner Group’s third project for the Bob Loquercio Auto Group, having renovated Elgin Toyota late last year and having recently completed a 228,000-square-foot Toyota dealership and service center on Western Avenue in Chicago.
The exterior renovations to Feeny Chrysler will be complete by Fall 2018. The Missner Group construction team includes Nepras as project manager and Scott Nomellini as project superintendent. R. Vari and Associates are providing the architectural services with Manhard Consulting providing the engineering services.
