Missouri’s Stinson Leonard Street adds three attorneys

Law firm Stinson Leonard Street LLP has hired business and real estate litigators Scott Mueller, Brad Anderson and Anne Kelly.

Mueller is a partner in the St. Louis office. He represents homeowners, lenders and title insurance companies on a wide spectrum of issues surrounding property ownership and real estate secured lending.

Anderson is a partner in the Kansas City, Missouri, office. He represents businesses, national banks and loan servicers on title issues, real estate matters, lending practices, employment, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights issues, and in general commercial litigation matters. He argued the seminal case Fidelity Bank v. King to the Kansas Supreme Court. The case established how lenders resolve second mortgage foreclosures in the state.

Kelly is Of Counsel in the St. Louis office. She represents insurance companies, corporations, insureds, governmental entities and national lending institutions in a full range of real estate disputes in state and federal court and in appellate and mediation proceedings.
