The Streets of St. Charles mixed-use development in St. Charles, Missouri, will soon unveil its newest building, a 600,000-square-foot, three-story structure designed to house additional retail and office tenants.

St. Louis-based architecture firm Oculus is designing the new building for a planned construction start date in the spring of 2018. The new building will be located at the northeast corner of Beale and Lombard streets, across from Firebirds and P.F. Changs.

About 20,000 square feet of retail space will be available on the building’s ground floor, with two levels of office space totaling about 40,000 square feet above this. Pre-leasing is now underway. Cullinan Properties is leasing the ground-floor retail space, while Balke Brown Transwestern is marketing the building’s office space.
