Kansas City, Mo.-based Zimmer Real Estate Services recently hired two industry veterans to fill a pair of top positions within the company.
Skip Rosenstock, a 25-year property management veteran, recently took over as director of field property management. Rosenstock, who previously served as senior property manager of Briarcliff Realty, will take over for Zimmer vice president Vern Walters, who is now leading the company’s property management efforts for the new 1.5-million-square-foot National Security Campus in south Kansas City.
Michael DePonte, too, has joined Zimmer, filling the position of chief building engineer. He previously served as facilities maintenance supervisor for Olathe, Kan.-based Garmin, International. DePonte is now responsible for Zimmer’s staff of 11 building engineers.
