Broadway in Chicago’s Edgewater neighborhood. An established local restaurant buyer purchased the building which sits directly across the street from the CTA’s $2 billion red/purple line modernization set for completion in late 2024. SVN | Chicago Commercial represented the seller involved in the transaction. The asset sold for $1,015,000.
The team was able to put the building under contract within two weeks of putting the listing on the market.
