Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of 2827-2829 N. Clark Street, a 6,396-square-foot, mixed-use property located in Chicago’s Lakeview East neighborhood. The asset went from contract to close in 71 days and sold for $1,680,000.
Austin Weisenbeck, senior vice president investments, and Sean R. Sharko, senior vice president investments, in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, sold the property on behalf of the seller. Weisenbeck and Sharko also procured the local buyer. The property is 215 feet from the very busy intersection of Clark, Diversey and Broadway, a commercial epicenter of the Lakeview neighborhood.
