CBRE’s Chicago office recently brokered the sale of a mixed-use property at 3824 N. Clark Street in Chicago for $1.36 million. CBRE’s Justin Ross represented the owner, Nordic Realty Partners, in the transaction. The property was purchased by Lighthouse Investments.
The property consists of two multifamily units, both three-bedroom and two-bathroom layouts, and a 1,600-square-foot fully-leased retail space. Situated just north of Wrigley Field and the burgeoning Wrigleyville retail and entertainment district, 3824 N. Clark benefits from billboard signage, storage and parking income, providing multiple revenue streams for the new owner.
“This is an amazing location and a well-stablized asset that should prove to be a very sound investment for the new owner,” said Ross.
