ML Realty has leased 105,637 square feet at 8901 102nd St. in Pleasant Prairie, Wis., to Hanna Cylinders LLC.
The building, built in 1990, is located in an institutional quality business park strategically located to service Chicago’s north suburbs. The structure features Class A improvements, eight interior docks with two drive-in doors, a 10-ton bridge crane and parking for 131 cars.
Founded in 2001, ML Realty Partners is a long-term investor in commercial real estate that acquires existing properties and also creates new developments.
