ML Realty Partners announced that global food packaging company, LBP Manufacturing, has extended its 180,417-square-foot lease at 1401 N. Cicero Avenue in Chicago.
“We are pleased to continue our relationship with LBP as they have enjoyed the building’s location within the city of Chicago and convenient access to the interstate highway system,” said Patrick Shannon, senior vice president of ML Realty Partners.
Kris Bjorson of JLL represented the tenant in the transaction.
