Brookfield, Wis.-based MLG Development and Reno, Nev.-based Dermody Properties are in the early stages of planning a 147-acre industrial park development in Kenosha, Wis.
The project is planned for an area southwest of Interstate-94 and the 60th Street/County Highway K.
This is the second industrial park being planned for the area located west of Interstate-94 in Kenosha. Bridge Development Partners LLC, located in Chicago, is planning its own 384-acre industrial park in the area. The site for this park is located south of Highway 142/County Highway S in the community of Paris, Wis.
