Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation arranged $4.1 million in financing for Carillon Court, a 29,891-square-foot retail strip center at 444 N. Weber Road in Romeoville, Illinois.
Dean Giannakopoulos, senior managing director in MMCC’s Chicago office, secured the financing with a local bank on behalf of a private client.
The 3-year loan features a market interest rate, one year of interest only, and a 25-year amortization schedule.
Carillon Court is situated near Interstate 55 and is tenanted by a mix of restaurants and service-oriented businesses, including a dental office, salon, and insurance agency.
