MMG Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of Lucas Hunt Village, a 606-unit apartment complex in St. Louis.
Senior directors Daniel Wiele and Tom Maloney of MMG represented the longtime seller, Professional Equities, in the transaction.
Built in the 1940s, the former owner-operator managed the historic property for the last 36 years. The asset was acquired by an unnamed buyer out of New Jersey who plans significant renovations.
