Commercial real estate firms are continuing to make stronger commitments to Detroit and Michigan. The latest example comes from Mohr Partners, Inc., a global corporate real estate advisor that recently opened a new office in Detroit.
Mitchell Lipton will serve as the office’s managing principal. He will be joined by managing partners Randy Tarnow and Steve Morris. All three are supported by a team of associates and analysts.
Lipton, Tarnow and Morris bring extensive experience in corporate real estate advisory services to the new office.
Before joining Mohr Partners, Lipton served as executive vice president of Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions and a principal of Newmark Knight Frank’s Detroit office. He will continue to serve on the executive board of Friedman, but will no longer take on active brokerage listings for the firm, as he is now an exclusive Mohr broker.
