Molto Properties has acquired 49 North Paragon Drive, a 45,000-square-foot industrial building in the Paragon Business Park in Romeoville, IL.
The recently constructed building has not yet been occupied and features a 28-foot clear ceiling height, precast construction, four exterior docks with levelers, and two drive-in doors. The facility is divisible to 22,500 square feet.
The property is located in the Paragon Business Park off Taylor Road, north of Lewis University and Lewis University Airport, with convenient access to both Weber & Route 53/Joliet roads.
