Molto Properties has acquired MFRI, Inc.‘s 8-acre industrial facility at 7720 Lehigh Avenue in Niles, Illinois.
Molto plans to redevelop the existing site originally built in 1954 into a 136,650-square-foot class A distribution center featuring a 32′ ceiling height, 150 car parking spaces and 20 dock doors.
Redevelopment is scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter, 2016.
