Molto Properties has signed a lease with HellermannTyton for the property on 1485 Normantown Road in Romeoville, IL, while the building was still under construction. The tenant was represented by Brian Kling with Colliers and Jim Estus with Colliers represented Molto Properties in the 189,662 square foot lease. “This was a perfect fit to find a strong and growing tenant for our first speculative development project while still under construction,” said Mark Saturno, COO and Senior Principal of Molto. “We could not have been more pleased to partner with Colliers.”
The new facility is on a frontage road off Interstate 55, offering excellent access and visibility – along with nearly immediate access to the full interchange at Weber Road. It features a 32-foot clear ceiling height, two drive-in door, 20 docks (expandable), ESFR sprinkler system, and parking for 140 car and 20 trailers. HellermannTyton is a leading global manufacturer of cable management, identification, and connectivity solutions serving the world’s largest companies. The tenant is using the space for warehouse and distribution purposes and is expanding and relocating from its existing Bolingbrook site on Hosler Drive.
