Molto Properties plans to develop a 189,731 square foot, state-of-the-art distribution facility in Romeoville, Illinois.
“We are very excited to begin this speculative project in Chicago,” said Todd Naccarato, founder and senior principal of Molto Properties. “The property’s convenient access to I-55 and functional layout will make this very attractive to future tenants.”
Located on 10.67 acres of land at 1485 Normantown, Romeoville, the project will feature a 32-foot clear height, ample car and trailer parking and ESFR sprinklers. Visible from I-55, the project is located less than half a mile from the four-way interchange at Weber Road.
Jim Estus of Colliers International represented the Seller and will market the speculative building on behalf of Molto Properties. Meridian Design Build has been selected as the general contractor and secured precast for delivery in July, enabling the project to be completed by late 2014. Molto Properties recently announced the speculative development of a 166,250 square foot facility in Houston Texas.
