Molto Properties recently acquired 16.58 acres of land in Indianapolis. The site located at 5610 Stanley Road is part of the Ameriplex logistics campus, a 1,700-acre master-planned park developed in a public-private partnership between the City of Indianapolis and Holladay Properties.

Because of its proximity to Interstate-70 and the Indianapolis International Airport, the property is centrally located for national logistics and distribution. Two-thirds of the United States population within a one day drive of the property. The Indianapolis International Airport is home to the second largest FedEx hub in the United States.

Molto will develop a cross-dock 246,426-square-foot Class-A speculative industrial building featuring 32-foot clear height, four drive-in doors, ample parking and trailer stalls, ESFR fire sprinkler system, 3,200 amps of power and LED light fixtures. Construction commenced this fall with a targeted third quarter, 2019 completion date.

Terry Busch and Jared Scaringe of CBRE represented Molto in the transaction.
