Monarch Realty Partners, a Chicago-based multifamily brokerage firm, has negotiated the $1.23 million sale of a mixed-use building in Chicago’s Brainerd neighborhood. The property, located at 9001 S. Ashland Ave., is a 26-unit building with six ground floor commercial spaces.
Monarch Senior Director Robert Berman and Analyst Rudy Hancock represented the seller, a private local owner who had purchased the building over 30 years ago.
This sale becomes one of over half a dozen property sales that Berman and Hancock have brokered on the south side in the past few months alone, including 6341 S. Campbell, 1354 W. 64th St., 6612 S. Greenwood Ave., 6615 S. Greenwood Ave., 7200 S. Michigan Ave., and 7900 S. Wabash Ave.
