Monarch Realty Partners, a leading Chicago-based multifamily brokerage firm, has negotiated the sale of a four-building multifamily portfolio consisting of 89 total units.
The buildings, located in Chicago’s Austin neighborhood at 214 S. Laramie Ave., 840 N. Massasoit Ave, 5501 W. Quincy St., and 5449 W. Quincy St.
Monarch Principal Michael Anguiano and Senior Director Robert Berman facilitated the transaction, on behalf of the private investors. “The size and stability of the portfolio was attractive to the out-of-state buyer who intends to hold the properties long term”, said Berman.
