Monarch Realty Partners has brokered the sale of 528 W. Oakdale, a 60-unit apartment building in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago.
The property, which was built in the 1960s and was still owned by the family of the original developer, sold for $11.55 million or $192,500 a unit. This marks the first time this property has ever traded.
