Monarch Realty Partners completed a multifamily portfolio sale consisting of 165 apartments and 162 parking spaces in Chicago’s Montclare neighborhood.
The sale included four newer-construction properties built between 2008 and 2019 and traded for a record $38.85 million.

Located just east of O’Hare Airport, the properties are walking distance to the Brickyard Mall and Harlem Irving Plaza and only 10 miles north of downtown Chicago.
