Monroe Asset Management has sold a single-tenant net leased Chase Bank at 353 W. 83rd St. in Chicago to a private investor.
The property is located near I-94 in the Chatham Market shopping area near the Auburn Gresham and Chatham neighborhoods of Chicago.
“The sale of the Chase Bank at Chatham Market in Chicago shows the strength of the net leased investment market as evidenced by the fact the asset was purchased prior to the completion of construction,” said Michael Kaider, first vice president, CBRE NNN Retail Investment Properties who represented Monroe Asset Management in the sale.
