More than 100 CRE pros attended the second annual Western Michigan Commercial Real Estate Summit Feb. 22. And they heard plenty of good news regarding the state of the region’s commercial real estate industry.
The big event was held at the JW Marriott Grand Rapids. During the summit, the biggest names in Western Michigan’s CRE industry spoke about the still-soaring apartment market in Grand Rapids and the region. They also covered what the future might hold for the region’s industrial, office, retail and healthcare markets.
A highlight was the event’s closing session, a close look at the game-changing projects in downtown Grand Rapids, its suburbs and the surrounding communities in Western Michigan.
