More than 200 commercial real estate pros attended the second annual Cincinnati Commercial Real Estate Summit held April 6 at the Horseshoe Casino. The event, organized by Midwest Real Estate News, attracted the top names in Cincinnati’s commercial real estate industry.
And these big names shared plenty of positive news. Cincinnati’s commercial real estate industry is in the middle of a busy period, with all sectors — multifamily, retail, office and industrial — enjoying lower vacancy rates and higher asking rents.
Attending the event were Dave Lockard, CBRE; Bruce Hellman, BRG Realty Group, LLC; Dobbs Ackermann, Ackermann Group; Ryan Sarbinoff, Marcus & Millichap; and Craig Kegg, Grandbridge Real Estate Capital.
Steve Timmel, Colliers International; John Rickert, SVN RICORE; Paul Heiserman, JLL; Norm Khoury, Colliers International; John Thompson, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank; and Jeff Bender, Cushman & Wakefield.
Molly North, Al. Neyer, and Doug Bolton, Cushman & Wakefield, take part in the event’s fireside chat.
