More than 230 of the top players in the commercial real estate industry attended Midwest Real Estate News’ first Nashville Commercial Real Estate Summit at the Omni Nashville Hotel last week.

And these industry pros shared plenty of good news about the Nashville CRE market. According to presenters, every asset class in this market is showing growth, with vacancies down, asking rents up and construction on the rise.

This ties in with the general good economic health of Nashville. The unemployment rate here is down, and construction cranes are filling the sky again.
