MORGAN announces new hire to oversee Dallas/Fort Worth development

MORGAN, a leader in multifamily development, construction, acquisitions and property management, today announced that Stephen Frazee has joined the company as DFW City Partner. In this role, Stephen is responsible for leading MORGAN’s development efforts in the Dallas and Fort Worth markets and establishing a local office in Dallas later this year.

Jason Hauck, MORGAN’s Central Region Development Partner, said, “We have a long and successful development record throughout the other major markets in Texas, and are excited to enter Dallas/Fort Worth with the addition of Stephen. He brings a breadth of local experience and shares our passion for creative, high quality multifamily developments. MORGAN currently has one metro-area project in predevelopment and is pursuing others as we continue building our DFW pipeline.”
Prior to joining MORGAN, Stephen served as Development Manager for JPI, a Dallas-based multifamily development and construction management company. Over his career, he has been involved with developing more than 5,500 units at a cost in excess of $1 billion, all located in the DFW metroplex. Stephen graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate.

MORGAN has developed more than 7,500 units in Texas and is currently active with construction projects in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and surrounding suburbs.
