Morgan / Harbour has completed a 19,352 square foot office build-out for McDonnell Investment Management, LLC at 18W140 Butterfield Road (One Lincoln Centre) in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois.
Relocating from another location in Oak Brook, Illinois, McDonnell selected Morgan / Harbour to complete the build-out of their new offices within One Lincoln Center. The construction featured 19,352 square feet of full-floor improvements including new private offices, work rooms, conference rooms and kitchen areas. The new space also features 6,500 square feet of open office space, custom millwork and new finishes throughout.
Morgan / Harbour’s construction team included Executive Vice President/Partner Ben Warriner, Senior Project Manager and Team Leader Andy MacMillan, Project Manager Noah Warriner and Project Superintendent JL Callahan. Whitney Architects, Inc. provided the architectural services. Gary Fazzio of CBRE represented McDonnell in the relocation and Carrie Fitzpatrick and Dan Heckman, also of CBRE, served as project managers for the tenant.
