Morgan / Harbour has completed a 26,000 square foot office build-out for Resolution Life, a U.S. life insurance company, at 5600 N. River Road (Columbia Center I) in Rosemont, Illinois.
Relocating from another Chicago-area location, Resolution Life selected Morgan / Harbour to complete the build-out of their new offices within Columbia Centre I. The construction featured 26,000 square feet of full-floor improvements including new private offices, focus rooms and conference rooms with frameless glass fronts and herculite doors.
Morgan / Harbour also designed and engineered all new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems to optimize the building’s performance. The new space also features a new training room and large open office areas. The project was completed in an expedited eight week time frame in order to accommodate Resolution Life’s relocation.
Morgan / Harbour’s construction team included Vice President of Construction Ben Warriner, Senior Project Manager / Team Leader Andy MacMillan and Project Manager Mike Costanzo. INTERFORM provided the architectural services.
