Morgan / Harbour announced that the firm has completed a 65,000-square-foot distribution/warehouse renovation for Inmar in Romeoville, Illinois.
Inmar is a technology company that operates intelligent commerce networks in real-time for leading retailers, manufacturers and trading partners across multiple industries. The location in southwest suburban Romeoville, serves as a distribution operation for the firm. Morgan/Harbour was selected to renovate both the office and warehouse space within the property.
Construction for Inmar was completed in an expedited four week period and included the build-out of new offices within the existing office footprint, dock renovations and new lighting throughout the warehouse. Morgan / Harbour also constructed a conveyor connection and coordinated the installation of new racking, security and low voltage electrical systems. Morgan / Harbour’s construction team included Joe Zoksy, project team leader and Erick Hodorowicz, project manager and superintendent. Ware Malcomb provided the architectural services.
