Morgan / Harbour Construction has announced that the firm has recently completed a 13,300 square foot interior office build-out for Heyl Royster at 33 N. Dearborn in Chicago.
Heyl Royster has six offices throughout Illinois, and now occupies the entire 7th floor of the building. The firm chose 33 N. Dearborn within the Loop for its access to courthouses to better serve its clients, as well as convenience to transportation and local business amenities.
Morgan / Harbour completed the construction of the space, which included four conference rooms with state-of-the-art video conference technology, an open collaboration area to accommodate larger meetings, and new private offices. The new reception area features millwork panels and reception desk, along with a glass-enclosed boardroom with Herculite doors and a built-in millwork buffet counter.
Morgan / Harbour’s Clay Scheller was the senior project manager and team leader, Amy DePinto was the project manager and Kieran Towe was the site superintendent. Wright Heerema Architects provided the architectural services and Michelle George of Cresa Chicago represented Heyl Royster in the relocation.
