Morgan/Harbour Construction Co. has completed a 16,000-square-foot office build-out for FleetMatics at 1600 Corporate Drive in Rolling Meadows.

FleetMatics is a provider of fleet management solutions for small and medium-sized businesses delivered as software-as-a-service. The company serves more than 14,000 customers, has installed more than 200,000 vehicles worldwide, and is adding thousands of vehicles monthly. The company’s world headquarters are in Ireland, with U.S. headquarters in the Boston area. Additional offices are in Atlanta, Chicago, Charlotte, Clearwater and Phoenix.  FleetMatics is the parent company of SageQuest.

FleetMatics selected Morgan/Harbour to complete the interior renovations, which included the build-out of private offices, open work areas and conference rooms. The firm is relocating to the property in Rolling Meadows from Arlington Heights. Ben Warriner was the project executive and Roger Sassen was the project manager for the office build-out on behalf of Morgan/Harbour. James D. Jordan provided the architectural services.
