Morgan / Harbour Construction has completed the 53,000-square-foot office build-out for American Access Casualty Company’s new corporate headquarters at 2211 Butterfield Road in southwest suburban Downers Grove, Illinois.
American Access Casualty Company, a provider of quality, non-standard private passenger automobile insurance, will relocate to the new facility from Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois.
Project features included interior renovations to the entire facility, the addition of a new vestibule entrance, exterior improvements and the construction of a new parking lot. Morgan / Harbour also managed the design-build for the tele/data, security, audio visual and sound masking systems.
