Morgan / Harbour has completed a 10,466 square foot office renovation for Clingen Callow & McLean, LLC (CCM)at 2300 Cabot Drive in Lisle, Illinois. Founded in 1995, CCM is a business law firm consisting of 14 attorneys. CCM has relocated its offices to Lisle from Wheaton, Illinois in order to be accessible to clients and in a convenient location near other professional service firms. The firm also operates an office in Geneva, Illinois, which they will retain. Morgan / Harbour was hired to complete the 10,466 square foot build-out to the Class A office building in Lisle which consisted of 24 private offices, open office space, three conference rooms, a copy room and break room. Features of the new space include luxury vinyl plank tile in the reception area and break room, aluminum door frames with sidelites, and a large glass panel wall set in an aluminum frame for the conference room. Morgan / Harbour’s construction team included Sr. Project Manager/Team Leader Andy MacMillan, Project Manager John Becker, and Superintendent Keith Zagroba. ConopCo provided the Project Management services and Whitney Architects provided the architectural services.
