Morgan/Harbour Construction has completed construction on the Wacker Neuson Logistics expansion in Germantown, Wisconsin. The project includes a pre-engineered steel canopy structure built to expand their existing 130,680 square foot main building, new truck parking area, three operator-controlled, 24-foot sliding gates, fencing, detention areas and new landscaping.
Morgan/Harbour team members include Ben Warriner, executive vice president and partner as project executive, Greg Bugbee as senior project manager and Jason Norton as superintendent. The civil engineer was Pinnacle Engineering Group with offices in Milwaukee and Chicago.
“Greg has 15 years of experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar construction projects in all phases of industrial, office, mixed use and commercial projects in the Wisconsin market. His business acumen and seasoned leadership was an asset to Wacker Neuson and our expanding client base bringing value to each client,” said Warriner. Bugbee is an industry veteran and spearheads their Wisconsin region working directly with executive management to assist with project pursuits and operations.
