Morgan / Harbour Construction announced that Craig Tolan has been promoted from senior project manager to team leader. Tolan has an extensive 28-year career in the construction industry and has managed a variety of large, complex projects in Illinois, Iowa and Colorado, including industrial, healthcare, senior living, multifamily, office and educational facilities.
“Craig joined Morgan / Harbour last summer and has consistently demonstrated leadership, professionalism and expertise,” said Ben Warriner, executive vice president/partner. “He has risen to each opportunity presented to him and serves as a respected and knowledgeable voice on our project team. This is a well-deserved promotion and we’re pleased to have Tolan as a part of our team.”
As a team leader with Morgan / Harbour, Tolan will manage the construction process including estimating, schedule adherence and contract administration, as well as communicate daily with his team to ensure quality, schedule and cost objectives are met. His keen understanding of the construction process and dedication to communication make him a leader in the office and field; and his integrity and ability to effectively communicate also make him a natural interface between owners, designers, subcontractors, municipal and regulatory agencies.
