Morgan/Harbour has completed a 23,029-square-foot office build-out for JMG Financial Group at 2001 Butterfield Road in Downers Grove, Illinois.
Founded in 1984, JMG Financial Group is a wealth management firm providing customized financial planning services. The firm hired Morgan/Harbour to complete the full-floor, interior build-out of its offices on the 14th floor of Esplanade I.
The construction included selective demolition, the addition of new partitions, doors, ceilings, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, as well as new finishes throughout including solid surface counters and full-length clerestory windows for the exterior offices. The new space for JMG Financial Group also features A/V functionality in six rooms, including TV monitors and projectors, and the design and integration of existing AV equipment with the new equipment.
Morgan/Harbour’s construction team included Team Leader Andrew MacMillan, Project Manager Marrico Crum and Project Superintendent Jerry Hawkinson. Partners by Design provided the architectural design services. CBRE’s Executive Vice President Jonathan Springer provided tenant advisory services while Robert Griffin, Senior Project Manager provided project management services.
