Mortenson is relocating its Wisconsin office to the Honey Creek Corporate Center in Milwaukee. The company will begin operating in the new location on Sept. 1.
The new 21,000-square-foot office will serve as the collaborative hub for Mortenson’s nearly 300 craftworkers and professional team members that work on projects throughout Wisconsin. Mortenson has been in its current location in Brookfield, Wisconsin, for more than 20 years.
The new office will provide Mortenson with convenient accessibility, a more visible location, increased space and additional amenities for team members – including access to an onsite cafeteria and fitness center. The design of the new office will incorporate ample daylighting, open collaboration areas, leading technology and inspiring, modern offices.
Honey Creek Corporate Center is leased and managed by Greywolf Partners. Andre Wallace of Greywolf Partners represented the landlord and Andrew Jensen and Mike Keane of Cushman & Wakefield/The Boerke Co. Inc. represented Mortenson. HGA Architects is overseeing the design of Mortenson’s new office.
