Morton Salt’s headquarters are being planned for a West Loop development. Crain’s reported the Chicago-based company is working to finalize a lease for two floors, totaling about 52,000 square feet, at 444 W. Lake St.–the 52-story River Point tower currently being built.
If the deal is successful, Morton Salt would join the two most recent tenants to sign leases in the tower, Boston-based LEK Consulting (26,000 square feet) and Northbrook-based Allstate (13,250 square feet).
