Mosaic Construction, LLC has welcomed KC Downer back to its growing team.
In his role as Sales Executive at Mosaic Construction and its two additional verticals, Design Construction Concepts (DCC) and Cannabis Facility Construction (CFC), Downer will build business relationships with developers and owners to identify new project opportunities.
Based in Mosaic’s Northbrook, Illinois, office, Downer brings more than 18 years of experience in facility management, design-build, general contracting and sales. He specializes in delivering diverse construction projects across varying sizes and sectors including cannabis, retail, commercial, light industrial, multi-tenant office and manufacturing.
Downer offers expertise in the full lifecycle of construction projects, specializing in comprehensive project management. He has experience with multi-million dollar real estate portfolios across 13 U.S. states, focusing on operational and process improvement, streamlining project delivery and driving cost savings.
Prior to rejoining Mosaic, Downer held development, consulting and construction management-related roles for various construction, commercial real estate developer and real estate investment firms across the Midwest, Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. He also served as a Senior Project Manager at Mosaic Construction from 2018 to 2020, where he contributed to the company’s expansion across the U.S. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Northern Illinois University.
