Mosaic Construction, LLC, a full-service commercial and multifamily design-build firm, is pleased to announce the firm’s move to their new office at 4201 Lake Cook Road in Northbrook, Illinois. The new space was designed to support workers collaborating in-person in the office, providing a much-needed synergistic and flexible workspace for the company’s growing team of 24 team members.
Located on the first floor of a Class-A property at the corner of Saunders and Lake Cook Road in Northbrook, Illinois, north of Chicago, the 5,600-square-foot open concept suite is filled with natural light from large floor-to-ceiling windows and outfitted with private offices, flex stations, a glass-enclosed conference room, huddle rooms, a welcoming reception area, large kitchen with meeting areas to congregate and work together.
Over the past decades, Mosaic gradually outgrew its previous Northbrook location as business grew and team members increased. Embracing the future of both in-office and hybrid strategies, the new space offers a flexible workspace designed to drive innovation and creative collaborations.
The office move was brokered by Todd Mintz, senior managing director at JLL. Other trade partners include Frank Bak Decorating and FastSigns Northbrook. The landlord is Xroads Real Estate Advisors.
