Moss Commercial Property Group has acquired a three-building office complex. The buildings reside in the Corporate Exchange Park in Columbus, Ohio.
Located at 2500, 2550 and 2600 Corporate Exchange Drive, the buildings total 284,600 square feet and sit on more than 16 acres of land. All three properties include a walking path, access to a restaurant, a common conference room and training room, parking garages, outdoor seating areas, fitness center and vending areas.
The Moss Group plans to enhance the properties by introducing a game room, lounge, additional conference and training room and a fitness center.
