Joshua Walker and Anthony Ensley, members of a motorcycle club, recently leased 3,650 square feet of office space in the Riverworks District in Milwaukee thanks to the help of two brokers with Milwaukee’s Cassidy Turley Barry. The location will serve as the headquarters the men’s motorcycle club.
Maximilian Yokosh and James Young of Cassidy Turley Barry brokered the transaction.
The property that the motorcycle club was previously leasing sold last month. The members needed to find a new location for club meetings and events. Walker and Ensley will use the new office for club gatherings and for storage.
