UrbanStreet Group and Trilogy Investments acquired the Motorola Solutions Campus in Schaumburg, Illinois, consisting of five parcels of land totaling 225 acres and nearly 1.8 million square feet of office, warehouse and light industrial buildings.
“The Motorola campus represents a unique opportunity for creative repositioning,” Bob Burk, managing partner of UrbanStreet Group, said. “Given the scale of the property, its access to a variety of transportation options and its position within the greater Chicago region, we see opportunities to reinvent the campus so that it becomes a destination of choice.”
Over the coming months, UrbanStreet Group and Trilogy Investments will work with the Village of Schaumburg to identify and determine the best uses for the campus, which may include multi-family, retail, hospitality, and additional office facilities.
